Where we deliver across greater Tyler
Our yard sits on 6031 FM 2767, south of downtown Tyler, close enough that most in-town calls are same-day. That location decides the shape of our day: Tyler itself is the quickest, the eleven incorporated Smith County cities — Arp, Bullard, Hideaway, Lindale, New Chapel Hill, Noonday, Overton, Troup, Whitehouse, Winona and Emerald Bay — are typically same- or next-day depending on how far out they sit, and the three unincorporated communities — Flint, Chapel Hill and Garden Valley — are usually scheduled as next-day routes rather than same-day work. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
Smith County is a genuine, ordinary functioning county government, and Tyler — nationally known as the "Rose Capital of America" — is its county seat. The cities and communities spread out across a large county mixing suburban growth, small-town centers and open Piney Woods land, so distance (not city-versus-county politics) is what actually drives the same-day-versus-next-day line here. The unincorporated communities have no city government or city permit office of their own; anything outside a private driveway there runs on Smith County's rules rather than a city's. Which communities do you deliver dumpsters to?
All 15 communities from our FM 2767 yard: Tyler itself, the eleven incorporated Smith County cities of Arp, Bullard, Hideaway, Lindale, New Chapel Hill, Noonday, Overton, Troup, Whitehouse, Winona and Emerald Bay, and the unincorporated communities of Flint, Chapel Hill and Garden Valley. Tyler and the closer suburbs are the quickest, and the farther unincorporated communities are usually next-day.
Does it cost more to deliver farther from the yard?
Distance is a real cost, so a delivery to a farther community is not priced the same as one in Tyler. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
How far in advance should I book?
Right after a hailstorm or severe thunderstorm line comes through, and during the busiest stretch of the spring-through-fall building season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. New-construction sites book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Can you deliver if I am not on the property?
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and low limbs, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.

Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 15 communities listed on this page, from Tyler through the rest of Smith County. If your address is close to that footprint but not listed, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
